8 Chicken Wings
1 Egg
Mayonnaise

Coat chicken wings with egg, set aside for 15 minutes.

Clean and drain excess water of chicken wings.

Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.

Coat chicken with Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Extra Hot & Spicy and fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel. Serve with Dr. Oetker Nona Mayo Classic.
