Chippy Chicken Pops
How to Prepare:
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Original and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add some water if the batter is too thick.
Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces and place into flour mixture, set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat cooking oil to 180 °C in a pan.
Crush the chips into crumbs in a plastic bag. Coat chicken cubes with chip crumbs evenly.
Fry until chicken cubes turn golden brown. Drain excessive oil with paper towel.
Serve with dipping sauce.
