Flower Pineapple Tarts

For the recipe Flower Pineapple Tarts

For Tarts:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts
200 g Butter
1 Egg (Large)
1 tub Dr. Oetker Nona Pineapple Paste
1 tbsp Green Tea Powder

For Decoration:

1 Egg Yolk
Small paper cups




Preheat oven to 180˚C.


Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts, butter, egg and gree tea powder in a mixing bowl. Mix well.


On a floured surface, roll the dough 0.5cm thickness. Cut the dough into shapes with cookie cutter, place on a lined baking tray.


Roll Dr. Oetker Nona Pineapple Paste to 0.5cm ball and place them at the centre of tarts, flatten a little and then brush the petals with egg yolk.


Bake at 180˚C for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.
