|150 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Crispy Fry Flour|
|2 tbsp||Vegetable Oil|
|4 pcs||Frozen Dory Fillets (Thawed)|
Preheat cooking oil to 180˚C in a wok.
Place Crispy Fry Flour in a bowl. Add in water and cooking oil, stir until well combined.
Coat dory fish fillet with Crispy Fry batter and fry until golden brown.
Serve with fries, tartar sauce and a zest of lemon.
