Fish & Chips

Have an exquisite English favourite. A golden-brown, crispy fish and chips which comes from a special flour batter.

For the recipe Fish & Chips

For Fish & Chips:

150 g Dr. Oetker Nona Crispy Fry Flour
120 ml Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 pcs Frozen Dory Fillets (Thawed)




Preheat cooking oil to 180˚C in a wok.


Place Crispy Fry Flour in a bowl. Add in water and cooking oil, stir until well combined.


Coat dory fish fillet with Crispy Fry batter and fry until golden brown.


Serve with fries, tartar sauce and a zest of lemon.
