Spice up your deep-fried dishes with the Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour Hot & Spicy mix. It gives your poultry a touch of tangy flavour for that finger-licking goodness every time.

Tangy Spiced Chicken Wings


Clean poultry or meat and drain excess water. Coat poutry with whipped egg, set aside for 15minutes.


Preheat cooking oil to 180ºC in a wok.


Then coat poultry with Fried Chicken flour and fry until golden brown.


Mix all these ingredients together: 3 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons water, 1 red chilli (chopped) and pinch of salt. Coat fried chicken with the spicy sauce.
