For the recipe Sweet & Sour Chicken Strips
|1 box||Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour Original|
|1 tsp||Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch (combine with 5 tbsp Water)|
|3 tbsp||Tomato Sauce|
|1 tbsp||Lemon Juice|
|1 tbsp||Cooking Oil|
Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Coat the chicken strips with egg, set aside for 15minutes.
Preheat cooking oil to 180˚C in a wok.
Then coat chicken strips with Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour Original and fry until golden brown.
For sweet and sour sauce, heat up cooking oil in a pan. Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, sugar, corn starch gravy and salt, stir well. Sauce is ready when the gravy thickens.
Coat fried chicken strips with the sauce.
