Hot and Spicy Chicken Fillet
How to Prepare:
Clean and drain excess water of chicken tender.
In a bowl, mix Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour with water and stir well.
Marinate chicken fillets in batter for at least 15 mins.
Preheat cooking oil to 180˚C in a wok.
Coat again the chicken with Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour and fry until golden brown.
