|40 g||Butter (Softened)|
|20 ml||Hot Boiled Water|
|100 g||Aising Karamel Masin Dr. Oetker Nona (1 Bungkus)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180°C.
Place a box of Dr. Oetker Nona Signature Salted Caramel Cake, butter and egg in a bowl. Use fingertips to mix until they resembles into fine breadcrumbs.
Satukan adunan Kek Signature Karamel Masin Dr. Oetker Nona, mentega dan telur dalam mangkuk pengadun. Gaul rata.
Fold in almond flakes, pumpkin seed, kurma, black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds. Mix well.
Masukkan kepingan badam, biji labu, kurma, bijan hitam dan bijian putih mengikut kesukaan. Gaul sebati.
Roll the dough into ball (Approx. 4cm), transfer the cookie ball onto a baking sheet and flatten the ball with spatula.
Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola (lebih kurang 4cm) dan pindahkan biskut ke atas dulang pembakar. Ratakan bebola doh dengan sudip kek.
Bake the cookies for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown colour. Set aside to cool.
Bakar doh biskut selama 10-13 minit atau sehingga warna perang keemasan. Biarkan sejuk.
For the caramel sauce, put butter, icing mix and water in a cooking pot. Cook on medium heat and keep stirring. Turn off the heat when it boils.
Untuk sos karamel, masukkan mentega, aising karamel masin Dr. Oetker Nona dan air dalam periuk. Masak dalam api perlahan (kacau campuran tidak henti) sehingga sos mendidih.
Drizzle the hot caramel sauce onto cookie before the sauce cooled down. Let the cookie cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Keep the sauce in your fridge and thaw them as necessary.
Hiaskan biskut dengan sos karamel sementara sos masih panas. Biarkan biskut sejuk sepenuhnya sebelum simpan dalam bekas kedap udara. Simpan sos dalam peti sejuk dan cairkan pada suhu bilik untuk kegunaan seterusnya.
