Pancake Muffins

For Pancake Muffins:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Pancakes Original
30 ml Vegetable Oil
300 ml Water
1 Egg (Large)
Paper Cups

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Pancakes Original, vegetable oil, water and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir well.

Fold in chocolate chips. Place the paper cups in the muffin tin. Divide batter evenly between the paper cups (each about 2/3 full).

Bake at 180˚C for 15 – 20 minutes.

Dust some icing sugar and serve.
