2 tbsp | Soy Sauce |
85 g | Honey |
2 tbsp | Rice Vinegar |
2 tbsp | Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste) |
2 cloves | Garlic (Minced) |
1 tbsp | Ginger (Grated) |
Clean and drain excess water of chicken breast. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
Coat chicken cubes with Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour and fry until golden brown.
Mix sauce ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, stir in sauce, and bring to boil.
Coat fried chicken cubes with the flaming sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
