Cucur Sayur Rangup



For the recipe Cucur Sayur Rangup

For Tepung Cucur:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Tepung Cucur Berempah
200 ml Water
50 g Red Onion
50 g Chives
50 g Carrots
50 g Bean sprout

For Sauce:

3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tbsp Blended Dried Chilies
1 tbsp Chili Flakes
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
30 ml White Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch
100 ml Water

Untuk Cucur:

1 kotak Tepung Cucur Berempah Dr. Oetker Nona
200 ml Air
50 g Bawang Merah
50 g Daun Kucai
50 g Lobak Merah
50 g Tauge

Untuk Sos:

3 sudu besar Minyak Masak
1 sudu besar Cili Kering kisar
1 sudu besar Emping Cili
3 ulas Bawang Putih
1 sudu besar Sos Cili
2 sudu besar Cuka
1 sudu besar Gula
Secubit Garam
1 sudu besar Dr. Oetker Nona Kanji Jagung
100 ml Air




Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Tepung Cucur Berempah with water.

Masukkan Tepung Cucur Berempah Dr. Oetker Nona ke dalam air kemudian kacau sebati.


Place red onions, chives, carrot and bean sprout into the mixture, mix well.

Masukkan bawang, daun kuchai, lobak merah, taugeh ke dalam adunan dan gaulkan sebati.


Preheat the ladle in the cooking oil at medium heat. Place 2tbsp of the mixture in the ladle, fry it until able scrap it off from the ladle and continue to fry until golden brown.

Panaskan minyak masak dan senduk di dalam kuali. Letakkan 2 sudu besar adunan ke dalam senduk dan gorengkan sehingga kuning keemasan.


Heat up the 3tbsp of oil in a saucepan, place in blended dried chilies, chili flakes, garlic, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and saute until fragrant. Add in corn starch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.

Panaskan 2 sudu besar minyak masak di dalam kuali. Masukkan cili kering kisar, emping cili, bawang putih, sos cili, cuka, gula dan garam ke dalam kuali dan didihkan. Tuangkan campuran kanji jagung dengan air dan tumis hingga pekat.


Serve the cucur rempah with chili sauce.

Hidangkan dengan sos cili.
