For the recipe Carrot Bread

For Carrot Bread:

320 g Dr. Oetker Nona Bread Flour
30 g Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour
40 ml Water
50 g Sugar
50 g Butter (Softened)
11 g Dr. Oetker Nona Instant Yeast
1 Carrot (Juice + Pulp)




Place all ingredients into the pan of bread maker.


Press bread function on the bread maker and wait for the bread to be completely done.
