Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, combine Dr. Oetker Nona Self-Raising flour and cold butter, then use fingertips to rub butter into flour until it resembles fine bread crumbs.
Make a well in the centre of the mixture, add in cold milk and quickly mix it together with a spatula or pastry scraper until mixture begins to hold together. Fold in sultanas. Be careful not to overmix.
Gently shape the dough into round-shaped with 2 spoons and place on a lined baking tray.
Egg wash the scones and bake at 200°C for 18 minutes.
Serve scones with jam and butter.
