
Green Tea White Chocolate Cookies

Coat a sweet white chocolate layer to amplify the light bitterish after taste of green tea. All combined into a tantalising cookie.

Green Tea Powder

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy then add in egg yolk.

Sieve Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour, Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch, green tea powder, salt and Dr. Oetker Nona Baking Soda in a mixing bowl.

Add in butter mixture, and mix together until dough is formed.

Keep chill for 20 minutes.

Cut into desirable shapes and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

For garnishing, melt white cooking chocolate with butter in oven and put in a piping bag. Pipe the white chocolate onto cookies.
