Breaded Fish Fingers
How to Prepare:
Clean and drain fish fillets.
Marinate the fish fillets in lemon/ calamansi juice, salt and pepper.
Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame.
Coat the fish fillet in this order: flour first, egg second, then breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded fish fillets until golden brown. Best serve hot with tartar sauce.
