Preheat oven to 180˚C. Place paper cups in muffin moulds.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Cupcakes Vanilla, oil, water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy.
Divide the batter evenly between the paper cups (each about 2/3 full).
Bake at 180˚C for 15 - 20 minutes.
Melt Dr. Oetker Nona White Cooking Chocolate, spread chocolate on top of the cupcake and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Cupcakes are ready if they spring back when lightly touched in the center.
