For Oats with Banana and Chia Seeds:

4 tbsp Dr. Oetker Nona Instant Oats
200 ml Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Banana (sliced)




Place Dr. Oetker Instant Oats, milk and chia seeds in a glass jar, stir well. Keep in the refrigerator overnight.


Top with chocolate and banana, enjoy!


Milk can be replaced with soymilk or water. If adding additional sweetener, use honey or maple syrup
