For Garlic Oil:

½ cup Oil
8 cloves Garlic

For the Sauce:

Garlic Oil
1 nos. Egg
Salt
Sugar
Blackpepper
1 Bunch of Coriander
A squeeze of Lemon (juice)

For Chicken:

2 pcs Chicken Breasts
Salt
Blackpepper (Note: Carrot and potato can be added as additional ingredients)

For the Filling:

Mozzarella Cheese
2 nos. Eggs (Beaten)
Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour Hot & Spicy
Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs

Untuk Minyak Bawang Putih:

½ cawan Minyak
8 ulas Bawang Putih

Untuk Sos:

Minyak Bwang Putih
1 biji Telur
Garam (secukupnya)
Gula (secukupnya)
Lada Hitam (secukupnya)
Sepokok Ketumbar
Sedikit Perahan Jus Limau

Untuk Bahagian Ayam:

2 ketul Dada Ayam
Garam (secukupnya)
Lada Hitam (secukupnya) Lobak Merah dan kentang boleh ditambah

Untuk Inti:

1 Keju Mozarela
2 biji Telur (Dipukul)
1 Tepung Ayam Goreng Dr. Oetker Nona
Serbuk Roti Dr. Oetker Nona

For the Sauce (Untuk Bahagian Sos)

Air fry the cooking oil and garlic at 180°C for 10 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Bakar 1/2 cawan minyak masak dan bawang putih menggunakan penggoreng udara. Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 10 minit atau sehingga kekuningan. Sejukkan seketika

In a blender, combine garlic oil, egg, salt, sugar, blackpepper, coriander and blend well.

Masukkan campuran bawang putih dan minyak yang dibakar tadi, telur, garam, gula lada hitam dan ketumbar ke dalam pengisar dan kisar sehingga halus

Add in a squeeze of lemon juice and stir well.

Perasakan dengan perahan air limau secukupnya. Letakkan di tepi

For the Chicken (Untuk Bahagian Ayam)

In a blender, add in chicken breast, salt, black pepper and blend well.

Masukkan dada ayam, garam dan lada hitam secukupnya ke dalam pengisar dan kisar sehingga halus.

Shape the meat mixture into small ball. Use your hand to make a hollow at the centre, then stuff in mozzarella cheese. (Note: Suff in cheese based on the chicken ball size).

Bulatkan isi ayam yang telah dikisar. Lenyekkan dan masukkan keju mozarela di bahagian tengah

Close the ball mixture and shape it to a ball shape once again. (Note: Make sure to evenly shape each ball)

Kemaskan semula isi ayam tersebut sehingga menjadi bentuk bulat.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour, Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs and  eggs in 3 different bowls.

Sediakan Tepung Ayam Goreng Pedas Dr. Oetker Nona, Serbuk Roti Dr. Oetker Nona dan juga telur di dalam mangkuk yang berbeza.

Coat each chicken balls with Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour, followed by eggs and finally roll them into breadcrumbs. (Note: You may repeat the coating process for several times so that the chicken balls are well coated).

Fry the chicken cheese balls until golden brown and crisp.

Goreng ke dalam minyak yang panas sehingga garing dan warna bertukar kuning keemasan.

Drain excessive oil and serve immediately.
