Breaded Fish Fingers

For the recipe Breaded Fish Fingers

For Breaded Fish Fingers:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
50 g Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour
1 Egg (whisked)
8 pcs Fish Fillets
30 ml Lemon Juice / Calamansi Juice
A pinch of Salt & Pepper




Clean and drain fish fillets.


Marinate the fish fillets in lemon/ calamansi juice, salt and pepper.


Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame.


Coat the fish fillet in this order: flour first, egg second, then breadcrumbs.


Fry the breaded fish fillets until golden brown. Best serve hot with tartar sauce.
