For Chicken Strips:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
50 g Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour
1 Egg (whisked)
2 Chicken Breasts
30 ml Lemon Juice / Calamansi Juice
A pinch of Salt & Pepper




Clean and drain chicken breast.


Marinate the chicken breast in lemon/calamansi juice, salt and pepper.


Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame.


Coat the chicken breast in this order: flour first, egg second, then breadcrumbs.


Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown. Best serve hot with fries and tartar sauce.
