For the recipe Black Tea Moist Cake
|1||Dr. Oetker Nona Luxury Moist Cake Vanilla|
|100 ml||Black Tea (Steep 5 tea bags in hot water for 3-5 minutes, set aside to cool)|
|150 ml||Vegetable Oil|
|Dr. Oetker Nona Almond Flakes|
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Luxury Moist Cake Vanilla, black tea and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
Add in vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minutes or until batter is light and fluffy.
Pour batter in a greased 20cm round baking pan. Sprinkle some almond flakes on top of the cakes.
Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes. Turn the cake out onto a wire rack to cool before serving.
