Preheat oven to 180˚C. Line a 24cm round cake pan with grease proof paper.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Sponge Cake Vanilla, eggs and water in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 6 minutes.

Add in butter and mix at low speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy.

Bake at 180˚C for 45 minutes.

Serve moist cake with condensed milk & fresh blueberries.
Tips
Tip: Tip: Cake is ready when it pulls away from side of the tray and when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
