Clean poultry or meat and drain excess water. Coat poutry with whipped egg, set aside for 15minutes.
Preheat cooking oil to 180ºC in a wok.
Then coat poultry with Kentucky flour and fry until golden brown.
Bring all these ingredients to boil: 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon cornstarch and pinch of salt. Coat fried chicken with the lemon sauce.
