
Clean and drain excess water of chicken breast and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Hot & Spicy and in a bowl, add in water and stir well.
Marinate chicken breast in Kentucky flour batter for at least 15 mins.
Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
Coat chicken cubes with batter, then double coat again with Kentucky flour and fry until golden brown.
