Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm round cake pan with greaseproof paper.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Butter Cake Original and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.

Add in butter and mix at low speed for 1  minute or until batter is light and fluffy.

Bake at 180°C for 50 - 55 minutes.

Tip:

Cake is ready when it pulls away from the sides of the tray or when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
