Remove the Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Mozarella from the packaging and film and leave to defrost for about 60 minutes. Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 220˚C).

Cut the pizzas in half down the middle. Wrap tightly inside the dough. Cut off the ends and slice each roll into approx. 8 evenly-sized portions.

Then pierce each portion with a wooden skewer. Place the sausages in pizza blankets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle shelf in the oven for 15 minutes. After baking, set aside to cool, remove the skewer sticks and serve.
