Mandarin orange provides a different type of sweetness and minimises a sour twist which compliments a full bodied chocolate brownie.

Eggs (Large)
150 ml
Vegetable Oil
50 ml
Orange Juice
30 g
Orange Pulp
Baking Tray (FREE in pack with Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Original)

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Original, eggs, butter, juice, and pulp in a mixing bowl, stir until well combined (with wooden spatula or hand whisk).

Pour batter in a greased rectangle baking tray. Bake at 180˚C for 40 minutes.

Set brownies aside to cool completely before cutting into squares.
