|1 box||Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs|
|20 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour|
|30 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch|
|60 ml||Milk (Fresh)|
|A pinch of||Salt & Pepper|
|300 g||Prawns (with some sugar)|
|2 tbsp||Chili Sauce|
Shell the prawns with tail intact. Marinate with sugar.
In a large bowl, combine batter ingredients and mix well.
Dip prawns into batter one at a time, press into Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs to coat. Refrigerate once all prawns are coated.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the prawns in batches with medium high heat until golden and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Drizzle sauce on the prawns and serve.
