Bring milk to boil.

Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling milk gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

Pour milk agar-agar into glass and set aside.

Bring water to boil.

Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Rose into boiling water gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

Layering rose agar-agar with milk agar-agar and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.
