For Upper Layer (Crystal Jelly)

Bring water to boil.

Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Crystal Jelly Strawberry into boiling water gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

Pour strawberry crystal jelly mixture into 4 glasses and set aside.

For Bottom Layer (Agar-agar)

Bring water and evaporated milk to boil.

Pour and stir Dr. Oetker Nona Agar-agar Original into boiling milk gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.

Pour milk agar-agar mixture over strawberry crystal jelly and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until set before serving.
