200 gDr. Oetker Nona Cooking Chocolate

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Chocolate, eggs and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl, mix until well combined (with wooden spatula or hand whisk).

Pour batter in a greased rectangle baking tray. Bake for 40 minutes, set aside to cool, then cut into squares.

Melt cooking chocolate with microwave oven or “double boil”. Drizzle the chocolate over the brownies.

Sprinkles with almond nibs and pistachios on the brownies.
