200 ml Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Banana (sliced)
Assorted Nuts




Place Dr. Oetker Quick Cook Oats, milk and chia seeds in a mason jar, stir well.


Add banana and nuts.


Cover and keep in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy.
