Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar at high speed until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla flavour and beat at medium speed until well combined.
Add the oats and baking soda and mix at low speed until just combined.
Stir in the almond strips and chocolate chips.
Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto lined baking tray, keep dough a few inches apart. Slightly flatten the top of each dough with the palm of your hand.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
