For the recipe Crispy Fried Potato Wedges
|1 box||Dr. Oetker Nona Crispy Fry Flour|
|2 tbsp||Cooking Oil|
|6||Potatoes (medium sized)|
|Parsley (finely chopped)|
Clean the potato skin. Cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
Preheat cooking oil in a wok.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Crispy Fry Flour in a bowl. Add in water and cooking oil, stir until well combined.
Coat potatoes evenly with crispy fry batter. Fry the potatoes at medium heat for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer fried potatoes to a lined plate to drain excessive oil.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with chili sauce.
Tip: For even crunchier wedges, coat the fried wedges again with crispy fry batter and fry until golden brown.
