|1||Dr. Oetker Nona Luxury Moist Cake Dark Chocolate|
|150 ml||Vegetable Oil|
|200 g||Dr. Oetker Nona Cooking Chocolate|
Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Steam: Bring water to boil in a steamer.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Moist Cake Dark Chocolate, water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
Add in vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1minute or until batter is light and fluffy.
Pour batter in a lined 20cm baking pan. Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes or steam for 55 minutes. Remove from baking pan and set aside to cool.
Melt Dr. Oetker Nona Cooking Chocolate by double-boiling or with microwave oven. Pour in whipping cream and stir well.
Spread chocolate sauce over the cake and toss with grated coconut.
