Indulge in the rich delicious taste of dark chocolate with the Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Dark Chocolate premix. Just follow the instructions to get perfect results every time. For your convenience, the package also comes with a complimentary baking mould.

Tip: Try folding 200g of walnuts or almonds to the brownie batter and bake according to the instructions. Nutty-licious!

Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place a box of Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Dark Chocolate, 50ml water and 2 eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add in 100ml vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy.

Pour batter in the folded baking tray (free in pack). Bake at 180°C. for 55 minutes.

Tip:

Brownies are ready when they pull away from side of the tray and when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
