Chippy Chicken Pops

A recipe that defines fried chicken snacks by giving it an added crunch of crushed potato chips in its batter.

For the recipe Chippy Chicken Pops

For Chicken:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Original
2 Chicken Breasts
200 g Potato Chips
1 Egg (Large)

For Dipping Sauce:

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce (Mix both until well combined)




Place Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Original and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add some water if the batter is too thick.


Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces and place into flour mixture, set aside for 15 minutes.


Preheat cooking oil to 180 °C in a pan.


Crush the chips into crumbs in a plastic bag. Coat chicken cubes with chip crumbs evenly.


Fry until chicken cubes turn golden brown. Drain excessive oil with paper towel.


Serve with dipping sauce.
