Preheat a crepe pan. Pan is ready when drops of water sizzle and disappear.

Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Buttermilk with vegetable oil, water and egg. Stir well.

Divide the batter to 3 portions. Add apple green colour to portion 1, rose red colour to portion 2 and orange colour to portion 3.

Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook for 1½ minute. When the bubbles at the edge of the batter pop and a hole is left which does not immediately close up, flip the cake gently.

Cook the other side for 1½ minute or until golden.

Whisk whipping cream at high speed for 1 minute or until medium peaks form.

Spread the whipped cream over each pancake.
