2 Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Funghi
1 red onion, 1 tomato, 150g mushrooms, 2 tbsp sunflower oil for frying, 100g Gouda (grated)
Utensils: Chopping board, knife, oven, baking tray, baking paper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 220°C). Peel the red onion and slice into thin rings. Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Clean and finely slice the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
Arrange ingredients on top of the defrosted pizzas, fold over, gently pressing down, and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 11-13 minutes.
Tip: Serve with guacamole for a delicious dash of freshness.
