Spooky Ghost Brownies

Rich and delicious fudgy brownies are so fun to transform into festive Spooky Ghost Marshmallow Brownies for a Halloween treat!

For the recipe Spooky Ghost Brownies

For Brownies:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Dark Chocolate
2 Eggs (Large)
100 ml Vegetable Oil
50 g Dr. Oetker Nona Almond Nibs
200 g Dr. Oetker Nona White Cooking Chocolate
200 g Dr. Oetker Nona Cooking Chocolate
Baking Tray (FREE in pack with Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Dark Chocolate)
8 Marshmallows




Preheat oven to 180°C.


Place Dr. Oetker Nona Brownies Dark Chocolate, eggs, vegetable oil and almond nibs in a mixing bowl, mix until well combined (with wooden spatula or hand whisk).


Pour batter in a greased rectangle baking tray. Bake for 55 minutes, set aside to cool, then cut into squares.


Melt white cooking chocolate with microwave oven or “double boil”. Place a marshmallow on top of the brownie squares. Spread 1tbsp of white cooking chocolate over the marshmallow, set aside.


Melt cooking chocolate with microwave oven or “double boil”. Dip a toothpick with cooking chocolate and draw the eyes and mouth on the marshmallow.
