Bring 400ml water to boil. Pour and stir orange crystal jelly mix gradually. Continue stirring for 5 minutes or until bubbles disappear then remove from heat.
Pour orange crystal jelly mixture into glasses and set aside to set slightly but not harden.
Bring 400ml water to boil. Pour and stir mango pudding mix gradually. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
Gently touch on the surface of orange crystal jelly with finger, the surface should be sticky and not harden. Gently spoon the mango pudding mixture over the orange layer.
Keep in refrigerator for 3 hours or until set before serving.
Tip: If the orange crystal jelly layer is harden, scrath the surface with a fork, then spoon the mango pudding mixture over the milk layer. The scratches will help to hold the two layers of jelly together.
