30 ml Vegetable Oil
300 ml Water
1 Egg (Large)
4 Egg Whites

4 biji Putih Telur

Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Original with vegetable oil, water and egg, mix until well combined.

Campurkan Adunan Penkek Buttermilk Dr Oetker Nona dengan minyak sayuran, air dan telur. Kacau sehingga sebati.

Place egg whites in a separate bowl and mix at high speed until soft peaks form.

Dalam mangkuk lain, putarkan putih telur dengan kelajuan tinggi sehingga kembang.

Gently fold the egg whites into pancake batter.

Gaul rata putih telur dengan adunan penkek.

Use baking paper to make 7cm round ring (2cm height).

Gunakan kertas pembakar untuk membuat bulatan sebesar 7cm dan 2cm tinggi.

Preheat a crepe pan and set to the lowest heat. Place the paper ring in the middle of the pan.

Panaskan kuali leper dengan api yang perlahan. Letakkan kertas pembakar di atas kuali.

Pour the batter into the ring then cover with a lid for 3-5 minutes. Flip the pancake gently and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes.

Tuangkan adunan ke dalam bulatan kertas pembakar, tutup kuali dan masak selama 3-5 minit. Terbalikkan penkek dan masak lagi selama 3-5 minit.
