Rolling Dough

Place a large sheet of wax paper on the work surface. Lay the dough in the center of the wax paper. Cover with another sheet of wax paper over the dough. Flatten the dough with the rolling pin.

Place dough on lightly floured surface. Coat the rolling pin with flour to prevent it from sticking to the dough. Add more flour to the rolling pin when needed to prevent sticking.
