Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Add water and margerine. Mix at medium speed until dough forms.
On a floured surface, knead the dough with hands until smooth and elastic.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Bread Flour, yeast, egg, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Place dough in a bowl and cover with wet damp cloth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Remove dough from bowl and pound it gently to remove the air trapped inside.
Cut the dough to approximately 40g and roll it to 15 – 20cm length.
Wrap the dough around a sausage. Garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Bake at 180˚C for 20 - 25 minutes.
