120 gDr. Oetker Nona Rice Flour
50 gUnsalted Butter
50 gBrown Sugar
1Egg
1 tspDr. Oetker Nona Rose Red Colour

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place butter, egg and Nona Brown Sugar in a mixing bowl, mix until sugar well dissolved.

Fold in Dr. Oetker Nona Rice Flour with spatula until dough forms.

Add in Dr. Oetker Nona Red Rose Colour, mix well.

Flatten the dough on a floured surface, cut out the cookies with a sakura shape cookie cutter.

Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
