Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Tepung Cucur Berempah with water.

Masukkan Tepung Cucur Berempah Dr. Oetker Nona ke dalam air kemudian kacau sebati.

Place red onions, chives, carrot and bean sprout into the mixture, mix well.

Masukkan bawang, daun kuchai, lobak merah, taugeh ke dalam adunan dan gaulkan sebati.

Preheat the ladle in the cooking oil at medium heat. Place 2tbsp of the mixture in the ladle, fry it until able scrap it off from the ladle and continue to fry until golden brown.

Panaskan minyak masak dan senduk di dalam kuali. Letakkan 2 sudu besar adunan ke dalam senduk dan goreng sehingga kuning keemasan.

Heat up the 3tbsp of oil in a saucepan, place in blended dried chilies, chili flakes, garlic, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and saute until fragrant. Add in corn starch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.

Panaskan 2 sudu besar minyak masak di dalam kuali. Masukkan cili kering kisar, emping cili, bawang putih, sos cili, cuka, gula dan garam ke dalam kuali dan didihkan. Tuangkan campuran kanji jagung dengan air dan tumis hingga pekat.

Serve the cucur rempah with chili sauce.
