Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Place Dr. Oetker Nona Tarts, butter and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
On a floured surface, roll the dough 0.5cm thickness. Cut out blossom shapes with flower cookie cutter and mini flower shapes with fondant cutter.
Place blossom shaped dough into the mini paper cups, press a little to fit the dough in.
Roll Dr. Oetker Nona Pineapple Paste to 1cm balls, place them in the centre and top with mini flower dough. Brush the petals with egg yolk.
Bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
