How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 170˚C.
Place sugar, eggs, and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3 – 5 minutes or until batter turns white.
Add in bananas and mix well.
Fold in ingredient A gradually while stirring. Then, add in vanilla flavour and banana flavour, stir well.
Pour batter into a 22cm x 15cm baking pan. Bake at 170˚ for 55 - 60 minutes.
