Zesty Lemon Chicken

For the recipe Zesty Lemon Chicken

For Chicken:

1 box Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Original
1 Egg
8 Chicken Wings

For Lemon Sauce:

1 tsp Dr. Oetker Nona Corn Starch
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Sugar
5 tbsp Water




Clean chicken wings and drain excess water. Coat chicken wings with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.


Preheat cooking oil to 180˚C in a wok.


Then coat chicken wings with Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour Original and fry until golden brown.


Mix all the ingredients for lemon sauce. Coat fried chicken with lemon sauce.
