Clean and drain excess water of the chicken fillets.


Coat chicken fillets with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.


Preheat cooking oil to 180˚C in a wok.


Then coat chicken fillets with Dr. Oetker Nona Fried Chicken Flour Tom Yum and fry until golden brown.
